• The Perfect Brew
• Add 1gm of Guldasta to 200ml water at 75 – 80 C. Let it steep/boil on low flame for 3-4 mins. Add lemon and see tea turns a purple hue. Can be served hot or Cold.
• For cold brew: Add 2 gm of guldatsa in 200m and let it steep overnight in the fridge.
