Return & Refund Policy

At Grocsy, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer a straightforward return and refund policy for orders within the United States.

We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to resolve all customer concerns fairly and quickly.

Damaged or Defective Items

Grocsy will issue a full refund for products damaged during shipping. Please email support@grocsy.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product within 3 days of delivery to be eligible.

Returns for Other Reasons

If the product is not damaged but you wish to return it for another reason, we accept returns at our U.S. processing center within 14 days of delivery.

Return Options

a. Grocsy Return Label – We can generate a prepaid label. Buyers will ship the products using the Grocsy return label to our U.S. Returns Center. A refund will be issued after deducting both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost for the items they return.

b. Self-Return Option – You may ship the product back at your own cost. We refund the product price only, excluding shipping fees.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories or manuals.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Funds are credited back to the original payment method.

Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Exceptions – Food and Perishable Items

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, food and perishable items are not eligible for returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Abuse of Return Policy

Grocsy may refuse service or returns in cases of repeated abuse of this policy.
