• Ginger
• Chirayita
• Indian elecampane
• Heart-leaved moonseed
• Yellow berried nightshade

Dose

Vaidyaratnam Panchathikthakam Kashayam should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic expert. Generally, the below steps are followed to have the decoction.

• Have the tonic twice a day
• Have 12-24ml of the tonic per day
• Have light food during the medication
• Have a little honey with the tonic as adjuvant
• Mix an equal amount of lukewarm water with the tonic before consumption
• Take the supplement before meals; preferably at 6-7 am and again at 6-7 pm
