How to use :
- Brush brow hairs upwards using the spoolie end of Brow Detailer. Then, outline under the brow arch to the tail.
- Brush brow hairs downwards to expose sparse areas and fill in areas of sparseness. Next, brush brow hairs upwards to lay hairs flat and blend out product.
- Fill and define the front of the brow, using hair-like strokes following natural hair growth.
