• Step 1: Prime eyelid with a pea-size amount of Shadow Insurance using a clean fingertip or a flat eyeshadow brush.   
• Step 2: Define the crease with a matte shade using a fluffy blending brush. Place the brush tip in the crease starting from the outer corner lightly buffing to the inner corner. Layer for color intensity.   
• Step 3: Apply your choice of eye shadow onto the eyelid using a flat eyeshadow brush. For shimmer shades, apply using a clean fingertip to intensify the shimmer.
