How to use:
Take 1 tablespoon in the mouth and swish it around for 20 mins slowly. Spit out the oil and rinse your mouth with water Apply all over the body and scrub off gently with water.
For Abhyangana Snana (Oil massage bath), apply suitable oil (preferably sesame oil) all over the body. Wait for 15 minutes. Apply Sunnipindi paste and scrub off gently with water.
