• Gorochana Malnad gidda Bilona ghee is a 100% source traceable exquisite golden elixir made from the milk of forest/hill grazing pure indian breed malnad gidda cows of chikmagalur district of Karnataka. In Kannada, ”Malnad” means hilly region and “Gidda”means dwarf. These cows are taken to forest in the morning and they comes back at evening after completing an average walking distance of around 30km. Average milking per cow is 1.5L per day. The natural grazing in the herbal rich western ghats forests makes their milk rich in supplement value. Our ghee is prepared on the auspicious full moon day from the handchurned butter.
