About the Product:

• Oil pulling has traditionally been an effective way to help keep the gums and teeth healthy. Virgin coconut oil is a wonderful oil to use for oil pulling, and our special formulation gives it a mild minty and cinnamon flavour.

Ingredients:

• virgin coconut oil, essential oil of peppermint, clove and cinnamon

How to use:

• Take a tablespoon of Fresh Mint and swish and swivel in the mouth for at least 2 minutes before spitting out.
