At Grocsy, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order.

🕒 Order Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To increase your chances of a successful cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

📨 How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order:

Email us at  support@grocsy.com with your order number and the word “Cancel Order” in the subject line.

If your order is still within the eligible cancellation window, we’ll confirm your cancellation and issue a full refund.

If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until delivery and then request a return under our Return & Refund Policy.

💰 Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after cancellation approval.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

⚠️ Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Your order cannot be cancelled if:

• It has already been processed or shipped.

• The cancellation request is received after the 24-hour window.

🔁 Changing an Order

If you wish to update or modify an order (e.g., change color, size, or quantity), please contact us immediately.

We’ll do our best to make changes if your order hasn’t yet been processed or shipped.
